1. Online Returns:
- Full-price items: You have up to 28 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund.
- Sale items: You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund.
- Earrings are not eligible for refunds unless they are faulty due to hygiene reasons.
2. In-Store Returns and Exchanges:
- In-store purchases are not eligible for refunds unless the item is faulty.
- However, you may exchange in-store purchases or receive store credit with no spending time limits within 14 days of purchase.
3. Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the return/exchange.
- Faulty items will be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.
4. Returns Process for Online Purchases:
- To initiate a return for online purchases, please email us at info@ahkeke.co.uk to request a pre-paid return label.
- Once you receive the return label, securely package your item(s) and affix the label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest postal service location.
5. Refund Processing:
- Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
6. Exchanges For In Store Purchase:
- For in-store exchanges or store credit, please visit any of our Ahkeke London stores with your original receipt within 14 days of purchase.
- Exchanges will be subject to product availability.
