28 days for full price items and 14 days for sale items from the day of purchase, provide you return item(s) in an unused condition, together with proof of purchase. *We are unable to accept returns on earrings and underwear for hygiene reasons* Faulty goods may be returned with a reasonable time period. Please note we do not refund postage charges for online orders. Please note: In store purchase are only eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase unless it is faulty. If you wish to exchange the size or colour of your purchase, you may change more than once as long as it is within the allowed exchange period of your original purchase time.

You will have 3 days to post your item(s) back to us or take it back to any of our stores. We also offer a collection from your home. Royal Mail will bring the label to you, at a cost of £1.99. (The cost will be deducted from your refund amount)
